PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY RTB SPORTS LLC PROGRAM OR EVENT.

1. assumption of risk

Participation in volleyball and related athletic activities involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries that may occur despite reasonable precautions. By enrolling in any RTB Sports LLC d/b/a RTB Volleyball program, tryout, clinic, open gym, camp, or event, participants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

2. release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless RTB Sports LLC, its members, officers, coaches, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any RTB Sports program or event, including claims arising from the negligence of RTB Sports LLC or its representatives, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. medical authorization

By enrolling in any RTB Sports program, the parent or legal guardian of each participating athlete authorizes RTB Sports LLC and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the athlete in the event that the parent or guardian cannot be reached. The parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

4. media release

RTB Sports LLC reserves the right to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture images and footage of participants during all RTB-branded programs and events. Such media may be used for marketing, promotional, social media, and educational purposes. By enrolling in any RTB Sports program, participants and their parents or legal guardians consent to such use unless a written opt-out request is submitted to info@rtbsports.com prior to participation.

5. facility disclaimer

RTB Sports LLC operates programs at third-party facilities. RTB Sports LLC is not responsible for the condition, maintenance, or safety compliance of any facility in which programs are conducted. Participants assume all risks associated with the use of such facilities.

6. no guarantee of participation or results

RTB Sports LLC makes no guarantee of roster placement, playing time, team assignment, college recruitment exposure, or athletic development outcomes. Participation in RTB programs does not guarantee acceptance onto any team, participation in any specific tournament, or any particular athletic result.

7. severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Liability Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
