Coach Danny didn't come to volleyball through the traditional path. Watching his daughter grow through the sport, develop as a competitor, and become the athlete and person she is today ignited something in him that a decades-long executive career never could. RTB Sports is the result of that inspiration, and coaching is where it lives every day.

On the court, Danny is energetic, positive, and relentlessly focused on getting the best out of the people in front of him. He coaches through encouragement rather than fear and builds culture before he builds skills. He believes deeply in the power of teamwork — that a group of people who trust each other, compete for each other, and hold each other accountable will always outperform any collection of individual talent. His greatest satisfaction as a coach comes from watching athletes break through barriers that have been holding them back — and seeing the look on their face when they realize they did it.

Danny currently serves as Head Freshman Coach at Centreville High School and is a longtime volunteer leader at SYA Volleyball, where he has served as a head coach and part of the program's leadership team — running the travel league, coordinating club programs, and leading camps and clinics throughout Northern Virginia for years.

Off the court, Danny is a seasoned senior executive with decades of experience leading complex, high-growth organizations — most recently as Chief Operating Officer of one of the world's largest legal technology companies. He brings that same discipline, intentionality, and people-first philosophy to every aspect of RTB.

Ms. Jen brings years of experience supporting both club and high school volleyball programs through organization, communication, and player-focused leadership. Since 2020, she has worked behind the scenes in club volleyball operations, helping manage scheduling, team logistics, family communication, tournament coordination, and day-to-day program support. She has also supported the Centreville High School Girls Volleyball program since 2021.

Ms. Jen brings years of experience supporting both club and high school volleyball programs through organization, communication, and player-focused leadership. Since 2020, she has worked behind the scenes in club volleyball operations, helping manage scheduling, team logistics, family communication, tournament coordination, and day-to-day program support. She has also supported the Centreville High School Girls Volleyball program since 2021.

Jen is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for athletes and families while helping programs run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, she believes successful volleyball programs are built on trust, consistency, organization, and strong relationships with players and parents alike.

At RTB Volleyball, Jen is focused on helping create a player-centric culture where athletes feel supported both on and off the court. Her goal is to ensure families feel informed, valued, and connected while helping provide the best possible experience for every player in the program.

When she's not helping support athletes and families in the volleyball community, Jen enjoys time with her family, her pets, and the everyday moments that matter most.

Coach Madi didn't stumble into volleyball. She grew up inside it. Starting at age 10, she developed a passion for the game that never let go, competing at virtually every level along the way: recreational, travel, and club from 14U through 18U. A four-year all-around player at Centreville High School, including time as a team captain on both JV and Varsity, she played primarily as an outside hitter before transitioning to defensive specialist at the collegiate level and finishing her playing career at the College of Southern Maryland.

Coach Madi didn't stumble into volleyball. She grew up inside it. Starting at age 10, she developed a passion for the game that never let go, competing at virtually every level along the way: recreational, travel, and club from 14U through 18U. As a coach, Madi brings everything she learned as a player directly to the athletes she works with: the grind of fundamentals, the power of teamwork, and the importance of a positive environment. Her coaching style is disciplined, energetic, and player-focused. She believes in setting high standards, keeping practices fast-paced and competitive, and pushing athletes to reach their full potential while never losing sight of the confidence and love for the game that makes it all worth it. She values accountability, communication, and strong team culture, and works hard to create an environment where players feel motivated to push each other, support each other, and keep growing. Her goal is to develop athletes who are more confident, mentally tough, and successful, not just on the volleyball court but as individuals.

Madi served as assistant 17U coach and 18U head coach at Manassas Volleyball Club and is an assistant coach at Centreville High School, where you'll find her bringing the same energy on the sideline that she brought on the court for nearly a decade.

Outside the gym, Madi is an artist, a personal fitness enthusiast, a loyal friend, and the devoted owner of a very full house: two dogs (Gizmo, a husky mix, and Millie, a Cardigan Corgi), two ragdoll cats (Walter and Gibby), and two guinea pigs (Penny and Judy).
