Your Game. your plan. your coach
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Year-round opportunities to develop your game, sharpen your skills, and raise the bar as an athlete — regardless of where you are in your volleyball journey.
built for players ready to raise their bar
who’s it for
Private lessons are for the player who is serious about getting better and willing to put in the focused work it takes to do it. If that's you, this is the fastest path to closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Whether you're preparing for high school tryouts, working to earn more court time on your club team, developing a specific skill that's holding you back, or just want coaching that's actually about you — private lessons at RTB deliver a level of attention and specificity that group training can't.
Players preparing for high school or club tryouts
Club players looking to earn more playing time
Athletes working on a specific position skill
Beginners who want a foundation before joining group training
Any player who wants coaching built around their game

three ways to train
session types
Most Focused
1-on-1 Private
Full session with one coach, one player. Maximum attention, maximum reps, maximum feedback. The fastest way to improve a specific skill or prepare for a high-stakes moment like tryouts.
Best for: Tryout prep, position development, breaking through a plateau, accelerating development
Choose the format that fits your goals, your schedule, and your budget. All session types receive the same standard of coaching.
Most Focused
Semi-private
Two players, one coach. You get individualized attention and position-specific work while splitting the session cost with a teammate or training partner. Works best when both players share similar goals or need to build chemistry (e.g. setters & hitters)
Best for: Training partners, teammates preparing for the same tryout
Most Focused
Small Group
Three to four players in a focused session. More competitive reps, game-like scenarios, and the benefit of working against and with other athletes — at a fraction of the private lesson cost.
Best for: Skills that benefit from competition, cost-effective development
